The digitization of work in the past years and the changes that workplaces witnessed particularly with the Covid-19 pandemic, have changed the nature of the skills required by jobs. Many new, productive and rewarding forms of work and jobs are being created as part of the digital transformation, but at the same time, many jobs have disappeared.
Aiming to help alumni keep up with employersβ digital demands in the labour market, the EU Regional Network for Alumni & Young Professionals will offer its members online seminars and certified short courses on basic and advanced digital skills.
