The Open Society University Network (OSUN) is pleased to announce a call for applications for students to enroll in two different university-level programs: either The Refugee Higher Education Access Program (RhEAP) or the OSUN Hub Course Clusters (Clusters). Accepted students will take a sequence of semester-long courses along with other students at OSUN partners located in the U.S., Europe, Canada, South America, the Middle East, and East Asia. All classes will be delivered in a blended learning format, with intensive face-to-face work with a course professor as well as online work; all classes are taught in English. These courses are administered through the OSUN Hub for Connected Learning Initiatives in Eastern Africa.

What Will I Get from RhEAP?

*The OSUN RhEAP Certificate

*Up to 10 transferrable US credits on an official Bard College transcript

*Foundational academic English, critical thinking and analytical skills that may be transferrable to any degree program

*Individual faculty-led support to identify and locate scholarships for full degree-granting programs in the Middle East, Africa, Canada, the US and Europe

* Support in college/university application

What Will I Get from The OSUN Hub Clusters?

*Up to 24 transferrable US credits on an official Bard College transcript

*An OSUN Certificate of Completion

*Support in transferring the credits to full degree-granting programs in the Middle East, Africa, Canada, the US and Europe

*Opportunities to engage in supervised research

What Do I Need to Commit?

*All OSUN classes involve weekly live connections with professors locally and around the globe

*Both RhEAP and the Clusters involve hours of reading and projects outside of the live class sessions

Who can apply?

*Individuals who have not begun or completed a B.A. due to displacement from their home

*If you do not have a high school degree, you must complete a placement test
